Teal Collaborative is currently focusing on creative projects supporting connection and community through music performance. 

Teal has worked with organisations and individuals since 2017 who are interested in thinking about business and projects as a way to improve our environment and community. Approaching projects through a regenerative lens, looks to reach the highest potential of the whole system the project fits within.  

Teal Collaborative is Maxine Bazeley, a Torquay based consultant with experience in recruitment and human resources, community engagement, performance, events and placemaking, Maxine has experience working with organisations and people  in Property, Construction and Engineering, FMCG, Local and Federal Government.
