Sustainability Lead - Buildings

With growth in their design, ESD and development teams as well as an expanding project portfolio, they are looking for someone to lead, mentor and grow the Sustainability team. They are continually improving the service and advice they provide to their progressive clients and are looking for someone who shares their values and passion for delivering sustainable building projects.

To thrive in this role you will need the following:

    • Experience in leading an ESD buildings team within a consultancy
    • Exposure to delivering projects to local building codes and standards
    • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Sustainable Design or a related field
    • A positive and proactive communication style with honed negotiation skills
    • Collaborative leadership style with an ability to provide mentoring and feedback constructively
    • Strong analytical skills with design thinking principles knowledge and application to problem solving
    • Confidence in working with varied clients across sectors with the ability to recognise and bring in new opportunities
